Samantha and Steph are some of the most relaxed and down to earth people that we’ve ever met. We instantly clicked when we were talking about their wedding and what they had in mind. We loved the ideas that were discussed while talking over coffee. Their wedding venue, Waldo’s Secret Garden, sounds like a dream for wedding photographers like us. We love outside, green weddings! When we were talking about their Fun LGBTQ Engagement session, we knew the style and approach that they wanted. At the coffee shop, we also briefly talked about engagement session locations when we were talking about their wedding.
We Started Planning their Fun LGBTQ Engagement Session
We knew that the style that they were going towards was more navy, gold, blush with a hint of dark garnet for their wedding. For their engagement session, they wanted something more casual. We talked about Mead Gardens and the forest feels that came with the garden.
In the end, the day was overcast and on the brink of rain the entire time we were at Mead Gardens. I had a backup plan just in case, but everything went beautifully. We walked around the entire gardens looking for cool spots for their images.
Their Fun LGBTQ Engagement Session felt Quick
We were there for was felt like thirty minutes, but two hours passed by. Marta was at home watching Olie, so it was just me. All three of us were joking and laughing at the silliest things. Needless to say, it was a heck of a good time. Near the end, we covered the basics of our image delivery timeline for engagement sessions. We can’t wait to see everything that we talked about come to life for their wedding at Waldo’s Secret Garden! Check out some pictures from their fun LGBTQ engagement session.
