Orlando Science Center Wedding | Audrey & Brad | Rudy & Marta

The idea of an Orlando Science Center Wedding has been in the back of my mind for quick some time.  Lately, it seems like a lot of the couples that talk to us are either getting married there or are interested in getting married there.  When we met Audrey at the Florida Wedding Expo last year, I knew that her wedding was going to be different.  I foresaw so many cool things on her wedding day.  She wasn’t your normal bride.

This wedding went by so quickly!  We got to finally work with Carlisha from A Rose Design Events.  It all worked beautifully.  The day ran smoothly from beginning to end.  Not to mention, the staff over at the Orlando Science Center were so helpful!  Tori, one of the coordinators there, made sure that everything that we needed was there.  Marta and I felt like the day was a breeze to photograph.

The only real issue that we had with this Orlando Science Center Wedding was the temperature.  It was one of the first really chilly days in Florida in January.  We all know that December was not hot here at all, so Winter really took its time before hitting us.  We were trying to do a first look at the terrace at the Science Center, but it was so breezy that it almost seemed like it wasn’t going to happen.

Marta and I were setting ourselves up for the first look after Audrey and Brad both decided to stick with the original plan.  Brad had his blazer to keep him warm, but Audrey only had a blanket and her dress.  They were both in place and getting ready for everything.  As Marta and I were about to signal them for the first look, the sun came out to keep them toasty.  It was awesome!  Everything seemed to line up.

The ceremony proceeded as planned as well as the reception.  It was all around an awesome day that we look back to for inspiration for future Orlando Science Center Weddings.  Marta and I know that we have a couple of weddings there in the months to come and we’re excited to try new things with each couple.  This quickly became one of our favorite Orlando wedding venues.
