Sweet Outdoors Engagement | Mead Gardens | Joscelyn & Matt

When Marta and I started talking to Joscelyn and Matt, we loved hearing their wedding inspiration and ideas.  Their overall approach to their wedding day is exactly why we thought we were a match after our first wedding consultation.  They were referred to us by Katie from Big Day Celebrations, which are awesome wedding planners.  We always recommend working with a wedding planner.  When we started talking about their sweet outdoors engagement session, Marta and I knew that we would love their wedding day.

Planning their Sweet Outdoors Engagement Session

We went over an array of engagement session locations when we were talking.  Mead Gardens seemed to be the best place for them and the feel that they wanted in their engagement photos.  We’ve photographed engaged couples in the past there, so we were familiar with the layout.  Joscelyn brought her makeup artist to touch up her hair and makeup as we were photographing.  It was pretty cool that day.  There wasn’t even that much wind.  Overall, it was a beautiful day.  The overcast skies made it easy to photograph them in all of their joy and happiness.

Mead Gardens was the best compliment for their engagement session.  As we were exploring the gardens, we found spots and hidden locations that I’d never seen before in any of our engagement sessions.  Some of their engagement photos were amongst some of my favorite pictures ever.  The cool thing about Joscelyn and Matt was that they were up for anything.  They didn’t shy away from anything that I asked of them.  Another one of the many things that get me excited for their wedding day.  It’s seriously going to be awesome.  We can’t wait for their wedding at Mission Inn Resort.  It’ll be good to go back to their wedding venue.  Check out their engagement session photographs below.  Let us know what you think in the comments below.
