Frank and Carlos met us through a referral from Sophia’s Art Photo who weren’t available on their original wedding date for their Paradise Cove Orlando Wedding. Marta and I were photographing Heather and Kyle’s wedding when the Central Florida Wedding Association had their Wedding Market Vendor Showcase last Fall. Frank and Carlos were the grand prize winners of the Wedding Market.
Originally, they were going to go with Sophia’s Art Photo. We weren’t at the Wedding Market since Marta and I were photographing wedding during the show. Frank and Carlos talked to Nick and Marjorie about their vision for their Paradise Cove Orlando Wedding there.
Frank & Carlos Plan their Paradise Cove Orlando Wedding
After the referral, Frank and Carlos met with us over at a Starbucks to start planning their wedding and talking about their vision for the wedding day. Over a cup of coffee, we went through their wedding and asked about our experience with other same sex weddings. They didn’t opt for a Together Session, which we totally understood. While going over the timeline, they told me about their unique approach to the wedding day.
When we found out that they were going to go to Paradise Cove for their wedding venue, we were stoked! It’s one of our favorite wedding venues in all of Orlando.
The Wedding Day at Paradise Cove
When I arrived at Paradise Cove Orlando, everything went according to plan. The cocktail hour was actually before the ceremony. Needless to say, the ceremony was pretty fun. A few off script moments happened, but all in all it was pretty awesome.
From there, the reception was an awesome time with great food and good times. The party continued well into the evening, and I’m pretty sure that there was at least one after party once the reception was over. Needless to say, we had a blast at their wedding and reception.
