Enchanted Wedding at Waldo's Secret Garden

Samantha and Stephanie met up with me at Credo Coffee in College Park. As we sat down and started talking about their Enchanted Wedding at Waldo’s Secret Garden, you could almost sense the excitement that I felt. I wanted to photograph more couples in more unique locations. To me, Waldo’s Secret Garden was just that. In my eyes, it was one of the unique places I’d ever heard of or been to in Central Florida for a wedding.

Planning their Enchanted Wedding

While we were talking over coffee and tea, we went through the entire wedding process. We talked about our Together Session and where we should have it. We decided to go to Mead Gardens to photograph their engagement session. It fit perfectly with the theme of their wedding.

As we talked more about their plans for their big day, they talked about details. They mentioned their wedding inspiration behind the theme for their Enchanted Wedding. As I listened, they mentioned so many cool places. They talked about Peter Pan and fairies and then they said that Waldo’s Secret Garden was the best spot for their theme. Marta and I couldn’t agree more.

Waldo’s Secret Garden Wedding

The day of the wedding was overcast and a little rainy, but we knew what to do. When we got there, Jennifer from Bella Sposa Events was already getting things set up and ready to go. Her team was working on making sure that everything was in tip-top shape. The possibility of rain kind of changed plans a little bit, but overall everything worked out well. Jennifer and her team were able to make the event go flawlessly.

Their first look was full of tears and emotion from both of them. It seemed like the rain had stopped just for them. We couldn’t believe it when it happened, but it did. The following moments passed in a blur.

Everyone during the ceremony was crying on both sides of the wedding party. The feels were real. Marta and I felt like their vows were so endearing! It was just so honest and raw. Their quotes were beautiful. Once the ceremony was done, the sun had set. There was very, very little light, but it was all good times. Everyone got together and took their portraits quickly before taking a few of the Samantha and Stephanie.

The reception was full of laughter and people dancing. There were a few tears of joy here and there, but overall it was such a fun time.
