Missi and Paul were referred to us by a coworker that I used to work with a years ago when I was bartending and learning about drinks. We met at a wedding expo that we frequently have a booth rental at. Unfortunately, we didn’t get too much of a chance to talk about their angler inspired wedding at the wedding show itself. We scheduled a photo consultation with them and talked while drinking some coffee. From the get-go, I could tell that they got what Marta and I are about. We just clicked over talking about wedding photography, what they wanted, and what we provided.
Planning their Fisherman’s Wedding
Throughout the wedding planning process, Missi and Paul kept in touch with us from time to time. They went all out in planning their own wedding though. All sorts of custom and unique designs and ideas were implemented the day of. There was a lot of personalized touches that were handmade. A lot of the decor you couldn’t find anywhere else. And in doing so, they made their wedding uniquely theirs.
Missi & Paul’s Angler Inspired Wedding
Honestly, their wedding day couldn’t have been any more perfect than what it already was. The weather was perfect with zero chance of rain, though we were prepared just in case. Regardless, everything went without any issues. We went to Winter Garden to take some pictures of Missi and her bridesmaids finishing up getting ready. Afterward, we went to downtown Winter Garden to take pictures of the bridesmaids and Missi. We did the same thing with Paul and his groomsmen, and boy did we have a good time.
Once we got to Paradise Cove, we started photographing details from the reception and ceremony site. The first look that they had down the aisle was so sweet and sincere. Paul’s look when he saw Missi down the aisle was so sweet and sincere. The love was felt so strongly.
Many of the people there kept on saying that they thought they were already married. They continuously mentioned that it was a wedding that was bound to happen and that it was about time. They had been together for so long and have gone through and faced so much together, that it was the natural next step. Their angler inspired wedding was the perfect way to celebrate that next step.
The Wedding Reception at Paradise Cove
Full of love, laughter, and a little beer, the dance floor filled up quickly after all the formalities were done. There was so much going on so quickly, that time flew by in a heartbeat. All in all, this wedding was amazing and we were so grateful to have met these two and their families. Check out their wedding pictures below.
Missi & Paul, here’s to many lifetimes of happiness and joy.
