Wedding at the Mansion on Turner Hill

Nathalie reached out to us through our page on the Knot. When she first reached out to us, we were in the middle of planning our trip to Europe for a few destination weddings and elopements. They started talking about their wedding in Boston and what they had in mind. We almost immediately clicked on how we work with couples and our view on comfort. Everything that we talked about over the phone seemed to perfectly align with what we provide. It was perfect for the wedding at the Mansion on Turner Hill.

Together Session in Winter Park

Before the wedding came around, we wanted to take an opportunity to meet up and get to know each other a little bit more. We already had our consult over the phone, so it was more about getting to know each other on a more personal level. For their Together Session, they decided to go with an engagement session.

We walked around Winter Park, which is one of our favorite engagement session locations in Orlando. We had a great time talking to them and learning more about what brought them together as a couple. Going around Winter Park, we hit up a few of our favorite spots as well as new ones. It was a great time and it got us even more excited for Boston.

Their Wedding at the Mansion on Turner Hill

Marta and I made it a point to check out the Mansion on Turner Hill the day before the wedding. We went with Lauren and Josh to see what the venue had to offer as far as portraits and video were concerned. Without a doubt, we were blown away. The colors were so deep and rich that they were unlike anything that we’d ever seen in Florida. I started to understand why Boston is such a beloved city. There was so much to offer in the cityscape. Not to mention that just a short drive away are hills filled with enormous surrounding forests and rivers.

Nestled in the middle of forests and rivers is the Mansion on Turner Hill. Honestly, it was the perfect place for Nathalie and Jesse’s wedding. Surrounded by friends and family, they had a celebration that rocked the house.

Just before the reception really got started, we sneaked out for some pictures. I’m glad we did because after that it was non-stop rain. I don’t think we could have timed those pictures anymore perfectly.

I don’t think there was ever a downtime during that reception. Their wedding at the Mansion on Turner Hill was full of so much love and affection. The party was nonstop the entire time we were there.

As we drove off at the end of our coverage time, we left a mansion that was full of music, laughter, and joy. It was a beautiful night that was full of people celebrating the joining of two amazing families and the beginning of another adventure for Nathalie and Jesse.
