Modern Industrial Wedding in Winter Park

Rachel reached out to us after being referred to us by their wedding planner Serendipity Events by Tina. We had a quick Skype call shortly after they filled out our contact form and learned quite a bit about them and what they had in mind for their wedding day. We talked a bit about what they had in mind and why they wanted us to be a part of their wedding day. Midway through our conversation, I started to feel like we were clicking a bit. Her overall idea of a modern industrial wedding clicked with me almost immediately.

Planning their Destination Wedding from Texas

One of the worst things that a couple would ever want here happened to Rachel and Bobby while they were planning their destination wedding. Their wedding venue was closed down by the city of Orlando. Needless to say, this happened just two weeks before their wedding date. Tina reached out to me a day or so after it happened. We started offering all sorts of responses to help plan things out. As things started to come together, Winter Club Venue really stepped up to help out Rachel and Bobby.

Once everything was squared away with the venue, things started to really come together. In the end, their wedding went without a hitch.

Rachel and Bobby’s Modern Industrial Wedding

On their wedding day, Rachel got ready at her parents’ house and Bobby at their hotel. Stories were told of all of the important memorabilia in Rachel’s parents’ home. The day was a little humid, but aside from that, it was gorgeous. The rain held off for the majority of the day and night. It probably sprinkled for like a second after the ceremony, but we started portraits quickly afterward. Overall though, the room was full of plenty of joy and happiness. Rachel’s mother did everything she could within her power to make sure that her daughter had the best day possible.

With plenty of food and cake pops, they had a phenomenal reception with great music. They ended their night with “Pop Out Streamers” in a grand exit that was literally full of streams everywhere.
