Hannah and Kiana started talking to us about their wedding for what feels like forever ago. We met at a wedding expo and talked about their big day right then and there. Their Gatsby themed wedding at Loch Haven was still in the early stages of planning, but we still talked over a few of the details. We even shed a few tears in talking about what we do and how we do it.
Kiana and Hannah’s Engagement Session
When we started talking about their Together Session, we almost immediately knew where we were going to have their engagement session. St. Augustine was the perfect location for their session.
We met up near the fort and started to walk around the area. They had spent a lot of time around St. Augustine early in their relationship together. There were so many special places for them that were full of so many memories. By the end of their engagement session, we were laughing and talking about their relationship together. It was the perfect end to the day.
Their Great Gatsby Themed Wedding at Loch Haven
The day couldn’t have started any better. After a few weeks of dreaded heat, the weather was cool and crisp. Almost to the point to where you started reaching for your sweater or coat.
The Air B’n’B that they rented for their getting ready location was awesome! It was the right amount of light, mixed with a bit of industrial. The overall feel of the place suited them and their Gatsby themed wedding at Loch Haven. Everyone was calmed and collected. The feels were definitely there though. Both families had a layer of excitement that was ready to burst at the seams.
Kianna and Hannah’s Orlando Science Center Wedding
When we got to the Orlando Science Center, we immediately started to get things ready for their first look. We headed over to Loch Haven and there was some sort of dog festival. Both Kiana and Hannah love pups, so it was a natural addition to their wedding day.
As we headed to the first look spot, the anticipation was rising. When they saw each other, tears were streaming down their faces and they were both so happy and full of joy. Hannah and Kiana’s family were following closely behind. After giving them a few moments to collect themselves, we started the family portraits.
After their formals, we slowly headed to the Orlando Science Center to finish off their portraits and start to get ready for their wedding ceremony. All of us were eagerly waiting for the ceremony. Kiana and Hannah were so composed getting ready for it all, but their emotions spilled over during their wedding ceremony. All of their friends and family were there to present to
The Wedding Reception for their Gatsby Themed Wedding at Loch Haven
Once the ceremony was said and done, we went to a couple of spots that they wanted to have portraits done around the Orlando Science Center. Away from the crowds and the craziness, the two of them regrouped and had moments to themselves. It was sweet, sincere, and just enough time for them to celebrate among themselves.
Their wedding guests and party were dancing almost all night long! Both of their families came together to celebrate them and their love from all over the United States.
As the night started to come to an end, hugs and kisses were given. Most importantly, there was a level of joy that ended the night on a note that will be remembered for the rest of their lives. Check out a sneak peek of their wedding and their love.
