Winter Inspired Wedding in Winter Park

It’s insane how things turn out when it comes to weddings and the world in general. We met Paulina and her bridesmaid in what feels like ages ago at the Florida Wedding Expo. She spoke with Marta about her winter inspired wedding and immediately clicked with her. They bonded over their Polish backgrounds, but the icing on the cake was when I found out that Dennis was Puerto Rican. It was a match made in heaven. We immediately bonded and talked about all sorts of things.

Planning their Winter Inspired Wedding and Time Flies

It seemed like Paulina met us and we didn’t have a chance to meet or talk aside from a few emails in the planning process. Their professional careers took up a lot of their time, which was totally understandable. But when we finally got a chance to photograph their wedding rehearsal, we instantly clicked.

Marta stayed home watching our son, but they were beyond a doubt the right couple to work with. All their close friends and some wedding guests were there. There were family members from New York and some all the way from Poland. Needless to say, it was a heck of a good time.

A Winter Inspired Wedding at Casa Feliz

In classic Florida Style, the weather was ridiculously unpredictable. But that didn’t put a damper on anyone’s day. In a photographers eyes, the overcast skies and lighting were ridiculously perfect. I couldn’t have asked for better conditions. The colors were perfectly lit, and we were loving what we were seeing on just the back of our cameras. As the night progressed, these two partied hard. There were plenty of Polish and Puerto Rican tidbits that made both Marta and me smile.

Throughout the night, there were times where we were just talking with people as we were photographing them. There were so many people that just wanted us to be there and talk about how we met. It was like being a part of the party, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
