A Luxury Indian Catholic Wedding at the Four Seasons Orlando | Cristina & Jesse

FOUR SEASONS ORLANDO WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Some weddings stay with you long after the gallery is delivered. Cristina and Jesse’s Four Seasons Orlando wedding is one of them. A breathtaking blend of Catholic tradition and Indian heritage, set against the backdrop of one of the most beautiful luxury resorts in Central Florida – this fall celebration was elegant, meaningful, and deeply personal from start to finish.

Both in the medical field, Cristina and Jesse traveled to Orlando for a destination wedding that brought their two worlds together in the most beautiful way. This is how their day unfolded.

THE FIRST LOOK: FOUR SEASONS ORLANDO

The day began at the Four Seasons, where the hotel’s stunning grounds set the stage for their first look. Seeing Cristina in her white bridal gown for the first time, Jesse’s reaction was everything we could have hoped to capture – genuine, quiet, completely unguarded. It’s the kind of moment that reminds us why we do what we do.

THE CEREMONY: CORPUS CHRISTI CATHOLIC CHURCH

Cristina and Jesse exchanged their vows at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in a ceremony that wove together two rich traditions with grace and intention.

Cristina arrived in a classic white wedding gown, and her bridesmaids were stunning in traditional Indian attire in the softest shade of peach – a color that would carry beautifully through the rest of the evening.

Two deeply meaningful Indian traditions took center stage during the ceremony.

THE TYING OF THE THALI
In one of the most significant moments of an Indian wedding, Jesse tied the Thali around Cristina’s neck – a sacred pendant traditionally looped on a string from the wedding sari. This is not simply a piece of jewelry. It is a lifelong symbol of their union, one that Cristina will wear for the rest of her life. Photographing this moment, up close and with the weight of what it meant, was something we will not forget.

THE MANTHRAKODI
The Manthrakodi is the wedding sari, a gift from the groom’s family to the bride. During the ceremony, it was placed over Cristina’s head to be blessed – a gesture of love, welcome, and tradition that visibly moved everyone in the room. To see these two cultures held together in a single ceremony, each given its full dignity, was genuinely beautiful.

PORTRAITS: BACK AT THE FOUR SEASONS

After the ceremony, we returned to the Four Seasons for portraits – both inside the resort and out on the grounds. The combination of the hotel’s lush landscaping, its warm interior light, and Cristina still in her white gown made for images we are so proud of. The Four Seasons is one of those venues that makes our job feel almost effortless – every corner is beautifully composed, every room is lit with intention, and the scale of the property means there is always somewhere new to explore.

THE RECEPTION: THE GRAND BALLROOM

The Grand Ballroom at the Four Seasons Orlando was transformed into something from a dream. Ivory and peach florals with sweeping greenery filled the space, anchored by tall, elegant centerpieces at every table. Candlelight flickered around beautifully appointed place settings, and a three-tiered white wedding cake adorned with delicate floral details stood as the centerpiece of it all. The room was pure luxury – warm, intentional, and utterly stunning.

Then came the moment that stopped the room.

After their first dance, Cristina slipped away and returned in a traditional sari. The transformation was breathtaking. Her bridesmaids, who had been in their peach traditional attire all day, were now perfectly matched to their bride. The reception took on a new energy – joyful, celebratory, and deeply rooted in a culture that had been beautifully honored throughout the entire day.
