Hello Eveyone,
I’m not going to lie…heck, I’ll be the first to admit…we’ve been on a bit of a hiatus. I’m not one for excuses. I don’t like to tell people why I didn’t or did do something, but I guess I should in this case. After we got back from Europe, I needed to get a new day job. Simple as that. For those of you who haven’t gone looking for a job lately, let me tell you…it’s tough. All of my extra time was spent looking for this new job. It paid off though. I’ve got a great new day job that works around my busy schedule and are happy to have me there. That’s the biggest thing. Now that I’m adjusting to this new schedule, I can go ahead and focus more energy into photography with Marta and getting this ball rolling.
On another note, I’m excited for 2012 (as I’m sure Marta is as well). We’ve booked more brides than every before and we’re happy to start taking the business to a whole other level. We’ve got revamped brochures and catalogs (all done by the great graphic designer: Marta). I feel so great about it. I’m so excited about it. Over all, and the most important thing…I’m happy. That’s what matters most.
Enough about me. What about you? Is anyone using “Path”? It’s like a mixture of Twitter, Facebook, and is geared towards photography. Obviously, it’s using the camera in my phone, but it’s a unique twist. It makes me re-think everything that I snap. Regardless, check it out and add me if you’d like. P.S. If Marta feels better (she’s got a bad cough), then I might head over to Leu Gardens. I’d like to take more shots like this with my Lensbaby. I took this one in Mead Gardens, which is in Winter Park. Good times…good times.
