We met Sydney and her dad at a small, boutique wedding show in Winter Park. We had no idea how beautiful and elegant their green & orange Florida wedding would be when we spoke at the show. From the get go, it seemed like there was going to be an amazing experience for everyone involved in this wedding. Sydney’s Dad was beyond belief helpful with everything that we needed during the planning process. Especially, since he lived out of Florida.

Planning of the Green & Orange Florida Wedding Begins

Sydney and Harry wanted to have a first look. Their ties to Rollins College and Alfond Inn were strong enough to spend the first half of their day there. Rollins College is actually one of our favorite engagement session locations. We go there all the time, so we were extremely familiar with the campus. We all decided to do a walkthrough of Rollins and the Winter Park Racquet Club a few days before the wedding. As we walked around, we scoped out a few locations that we knew they would want to go to. By the end of the walkthrough, we had a solid plan for them. We also talked about how to get the best wedding photos possible. All the wedding planning and location scouting paid off!

Green & Orange Florida Wedding at Winter Park Racquet Club

That day, Marta and I looked at the weather and noticed that it was going to be hot. It ended up being one of the windiest weddings that we ever photographed. The lakeside was blowing the bride’s veil all over the place. Fortunately, that didn’t stop anything from happening in the ceremony. Winter Park Racquet Club was the perfect place for their wedding. The overall amount of candid joy was overflowing throughout the wedding day.
