St Augustine Engagement Session | Sneak Peek | Etnita + Abe | Orlando Wedding Photography

St Augustine.  The last time I went there I was probably 9-ish.  I’m not sure anymore.  I was in fourth grade.  The world was a lot larger, scarier, and full of wonder.  I remember the sense of wonder and amazement when I was a kid.  I loved St Augustine.  The history felt so rich there.  That feeling never went away.  It wasn’t until I went to Europe back in the day that I fell in love again with historical monuments and traveling.

I’m not going to lie when I say that I was extremely excited to go back to St Augustine.  Not only was it to go back for me, but also to go back to where Etnita and Abe started their journey into marriage together.  The goal was to go back to the exact spot that started it all.  It was something that came to fruition through our discussion through Facebook on our Page.  We both agreed to meet up and simply hang out.

“Afterwards we went to grab some pizza at a place called Pizza Time of St Augustine.  Holy crap!  What amazing food!”

At first, I was a little nervous on the way up.  We got there about an hour early.  My memory was a little fuzzy from fourth grade, so it only made sense to get there a little early to scope out some sweet spots.  The weather was pretty hot and humid that day, but they rocked the session.  St Augustine was one of my favorite engagement session locations.

Abe was cool and collected and Etnita knew exactly what to do in front of the camera.  It was like dealing with professional models.  I asked her mid session if she had ever modeled before, because she was doing very, very well.  Afterwards we went to grab some pizza at a place called Pizza Time of St Augustine.  Holy crap!  What amazing food!  Abe was right when it came to that place.  See, he’s originally from Jersey, so he knows his pizza.  But, gosh, Marta and I left that place full.
