The Bridal Finery: A Wedding Dress Boutique | Vendors

Marta and I had the pleasure of meeting the owners of The Bridal Finery at their storefront in Winter Park.  Before you even think about your engagement session, check this boutique out.  The first thing that we noticed immediately when we walked in was the luxurious jewelry that was put on display.  Immediately to our right and left, there were dresses everywhere.

As I was talking to Tali, Marta was looking through the dresses that were on the racks.  All I could hear was “ooohs” and “aaaaahs” in the background.  Roberta made it from Fox Tail and we started talking about their business and how The Bridal Finery is different from other bridal boutiques in the local area.  With a combined 20 years of experience, they are ready for anything and everything that comes their way.

The main thing that sets The Bridal Finery outside of the norm is the fact that they sell off-the-rack wedding dresses.  These are wedding dresses that were worn by models for 20 seconds.  Their Off the Runway Collection is exactly that.  It’s awesome when you can find a $10,000 designer wedding dress at a fraction of the cost.

Another large benefit is that the store isn’t restricted to specific wedding dress designers, like a traditional boutique.  Dresses can come from any designer because the store isn’t tied down to accounts with those designers.

The experience is somewhat similar to other Bridal Boutiques but different in their own right.  They can help you find the dress that fits exactly what you had envisioned.  They have a seamstress onsite and are able to make alterations.

Something that immediately came to mind was the use of the dresses in destination elopements.  The idea of having a designer dress for a fraction of the cost.  The same look and feel, for a fraction of the cost.

The Bridal Finery had their grand opening on November 20th.  They’re about half a mile from FoxTail Coffee House.  They’re mainly appointment based, but they do take walk in’s from time to time.  Marta and I quickly realized that the experience is fully customized to what you have in mind.  On what we talked about today, they’re even able to refer dresses by their design based on what wedding venue you’re getting married at.

Marta and I noticed that there is only one large changing room.  This made us feel even more confident in the custom, personal experience that Roberta and Tali are giving their brides at The Bridal Finery.  This place is a bridal store like no other in the Orlando and Winter Park area.  We were in love the moment that we walked in and had an awesome experience the entire time.  If you’re engaged, then go check it out.
